Extended use of Water Uptake functions for each plant

The use of the newly introduced switch WaterUptakeFunction.

For the new specific option for each plants now also the temperature impact on the water uptake is considered.

In addition the Mass Balance Check for the Soil and Plant has been corrected.

Also some new additional biotic variables have been added to check the behaviour of the

Fungi pool defined when Mychorizza Growth is considered.
