Some new bug was discovered making non consistent linkage between some Auxiliary Variables and Variables for accumulation and checking of Nitrogen and Carbon balances. For instance the AccPlantLitterN was showing correct but higher values than the corresponding N PlantLitterFall variable at events of Harvest and Ploughing. The previous incorrect auxialiary variables for Litterfall from plants has been corrected. Also the errors in the Plant Balance Check variables have been reduced due to a new method for intergration and error checking.
By coincidence also a hidden bug in the mychorizza model was discovered that accidently could have created fatal behaviour of the model was deleted. This bug may appear if you have the Mycorrhiza Fungal Growth Switch activated.
